Dear friends who have come to look at my rather lame blog... First off... thank  you for taking a peek. When I first started this blog, I had all kinds of classic gay porn on it. I thought it was a nice blog, until my brother found it. I thought for sure he was going to have a stroke. He is straight first off. I don't hold that against him, but he went wild and involved others in my family. So in a fit of anger I destroyed my old blog and put up this blog. Mostly resposts of things in the gay community I have found of interest.

Does that mean I have lost interest in gay porn? Not but in deference to my family I will not post those types of photos unless they relate to a story I am doing here.

And having said that I am on a hunt, a mystery of a man who was seen in many gay porn magazines from the mid 1960's to the mid 1970's and then suddenly for some unknown reason he just disappeared off the face of the gay porn scene.

Now Mel was well know for his magazines of young fit and legal men in the nude.

Sean had been posing for Mel for a few years but always clothed because he was underage. In 1968 he turned 18 and began posing in the nude for Mel.

I am sure you can tell that the wait was worth it. Sean was a very well developed young man. And he was also extremely well endowed.  But there is literally nothing concerning his career in print or on the internet. Just a few articles of people trying to find out what happened to this young man.

Today in 2013 he would be 63 years of age. A grandfather possibly. That is assuming he is still alive. Many of those young men had their issues, dealing from alcohol and drug abuses, to social diseases. Keeping in mind this was before HIV and AIDS. As we know nothing of Sean and what he did or did not go through it hard to write a sensible article about him.

So I come to the gay community to find out what you all know. Maybe you can dig into your chest of classic gay pornography and see if you can find any articles about Sean. Keep in mind that this was the start of the "California Boy - All American Boy" time frame. And he was one of the stars of that time.

 And again, the purpose is to find out what happened to him. He is among the large number of young men who participated in a growing and exciting time for gay American men. And while the gay pride movement and other such out events were still in our future. Men like him took pride in their appearance and chose to share that with many of us.

Hopefully the story is good. By that I mean I hope that Sean has led and is leading a good life now. And that he only did this for a side line to raise some extra money for what ever he needed money for. But again, we don't know what happened to this attractive California Boy.
